Sandbags for Film, TV & Photo Production in Markham
C-stands, light stands, flags and set walls. Bags and weights for film & tv work across Markham and Ontario.
How film & tv teams in Markham use sandbags
On set, sandbags keep C-stands, light stands, flags, frames and set walls from tipping onto cast and crew. Grip departments, rental houses and photo studios use small filled bags in black or tan that sit neatly on stand legs and stay out of frame. We supply lighter fill weights that a grip can carry several at a time, and bulk quantities for rental-house inventory and long location shoots.
Markham had a population of 338,503 in the 2021 Census. Across Ontario, sandbag demand peaks with spring snowmelt and ice break-up on rivers and creeks, and again after summer thunderstorms that overload storm sewers in built-up neighbourhoods.
